I’m Gene Quiocho, a chaplain, spiritual counselor , and ordained officiant. I help couples and families mark life’s most meaningful moments with warmth, presence, and care. Whether it’s a wedding, a celebration of life, a vow renewal, or a baby blessing, I approach each ceremony with intention and deep respect for the people involved.
I’m ordained by the Progressive Alliance Church and hold an ecclesiastical endorsement from the Coalition of Spirit-Filled Churches for Department of Defense service. My background includes years of chaplaincy, grief care, and storytelling. What I offer is more than just a script. It’s a space to honor your story, your love, and your values in a way that feels real and sacred.

Rates:
Wedding Officiant Pricing
Weddings begin at $325 and may go up to $550, depending on the level of customization, add-ons, and travel needs.
Elopements (10 guests or fewer): $275 flat
Vow Renewals and Baby Blessings: typically range from $300 to $350
Memorials and Celebration of Life Ceremonies: start at $350
Optional Add-Ons
Custom vows, unity rituals, or printed keepsake scripts: $75 and up Rehearsal attendance: $100
Vow-writing support: $75
Travel and Rush Fees
Events more than 30 miles from Temecula may include a travel fee
Bookings within 72 hours may include a $100 rush fee, based on availability
Weddings are best booked 2 to 4 weeks ahead. Other ceremonies can often be scheduled with 7 to 10 days’ notice.

I can though provide a wedding keepsake certificate, officiate your ceremony on your special day...and reconect to sign your license once you have it if needed.

I believe in personal, romantic, meaningful, joy filled ceremonies that reflect the personality of each individual couple on one of the most meaningful and important moments of life. I'm available for a pre-ceremony consultation in person or over the phone. Put together a pre-approved ceremony to the couples liking. I arrive 30 minutes before each wedding, touch base with the couple, wedding coordinator and DJ. Perform the wedding ceremony. Attain witness signatures, sign and file wedding license.
