I do your wedding the way YOU want to do your wedding. Customized. On time and reliably. My family has a rich history in these islands going back to the 1800’s as immigrants from Portugal before Hawai’i was Hawai’i.I understand and embrace Hawai’i Culture. My ceremony is a Hawai’i themed and infused event. From the Lei exchange to the seawater blessing of the rings in a Koa Bowl. it combines the best in tradition, simplicity and a couple based intimacy that keeps me getting the great reviews. I truly care about my couples. I can send a sample ceremony, you can do your own vows or I write them. I’m easy to get along with and listen. The people. They have never met me and there are so many. I direct them to my thumbtack and to read reviews. They speak for themselves even though I have hundreds, I only post the most recent. I meet folks from all walks of life. After 5 minutes it's like they have known me all their life.

The ceremony may included gospel readings of your choice, a poem or a special message. We start with the call to gather; A blessing; then you recite the lovers poem to each other; the vows; and the blessing of the rings. The Lei exchange: the bride and groom exchange special leis and at this time it also allows the couple to recognize special guests with a lei. I provide the leis for the bride and groom. The Sand ceremony: this ceremony dates back to the time of Pharaoh. When there was no ring exchange, no ceremonial certificate, or no record of a marriage. The couple world bring soil from there home and pour into a vessel, creating a new foundation, symbolizing their unification. Today we use sand to represent the groom and for the bride, glitter of your favorite color and this is pour into a mason jar which represents your unification. You are then given the mason jar to take home. The Hawaiian blessing with translation And the conclusion of the ceremony We end with the pronouncement of the couple. The ceremony takes about 20-30 minutes. I hope this addresses your questions.
