I am committed to the biblical laws of grace that a marriage is strictly between a man and a woman. It always seems good and helpful when we schedule a planning session sometime before the wedding. This can be done by a Zoom meeting, in a restaurant, your home or at the wedding location. I can usually officiate the day you receive your marriage license and make your request to me. It is not only the ceremony that I will customize, though; I will also customize my overall involvement to include (or exclude) any of the typical officiant responsibilities: rehearsal leadership, rehearsal dinner blessing, ceremony blessing, etc. I find great joy in working with you to develop a ceremony that matches who you are and what you want in your wedding. Seeing the happiness in the bride's eyes the night of the rehearsal and during the ceremony helps me know we have worked together to deliver a day to remember! I also enjoy making the rehearsal not only effective in helping the wedding party know what to do when, but in venting some of the stress that often goes into the wedding weekend!
