Q&A

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I typically provide a "Get to know you" form which asks all the pertinent information to ensure I conduct the ceremony exactly how the couple envisions. I then custom create wedding vows according to who the couple is and according to their love story. I take the stress out of the officiant process.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I have a passion for a few things... baking...event planning and the sanctity of marriage...I love LOVE and COMMITMENT!

What types of customers have you worked with?

I've officiated diverse couples...of all ages and beliefs. I embraced all types of ceremonies--christian, traditional. non traditional and elopements.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I recently had the honor of marrying a very young couple (19yrs old) The groom was active in the military and was being deployed 2 days after their wedding. I was able to not only officiate this young couple but was able to connect with them and give them "love guidelines" that they can lean on in their marriage. They are a wonderful couple and truly are working to be the best versions of themselves.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Don't determine hiring a professional ONLY because it's convenient to the location. Do your homework and compare the company prior to hiring and always require all agreement of terms in writing.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Cost and budget, location and licensing if required. Ensure the company can provide proof of expertise.
