No hidden discounts or fees in our pricing. We charge enough to be profitable and to afford and retain the best possible talent and products. We take no deposit or upfront payment. We don't accept any payment until the job is 100% complete.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We start with a brief conversation to discuss the details of the project and make sure we can be of help. We then schedule either an in-person or virtual consultation to review options and tailor a solution that best suits our customer's needs. We DONT do sales presentations or use high pressure sales tactics.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

25 years of experience in residential remodeling and building products.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

From an early age. Building and construction is in the family.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We provide solutions where others can't. We built custom framed windows for a client by sourcing industry best double pane glass units, milled trim to match existing and custom stained the wood to match. Took 5 days.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Do your due diligence. Insist on 5 star only reviews. Make sure all licenses and insurance are current and without infractions. Make sure contractor is EPA lead safe licensed if your house is built prior to 1978. Make sure you know who will be doing the work..are they employees or subcontractors? What is the warranty and who do you call if something goes wrong. Do they need a deposit and if so why?

Who will be performing the work? Do you need a deposit? What is the warranty period? What does it cover? Who do I call if I need warranty service? How long is the proposal pricing good for?
