my prices are fair and affordable for the quality of work we provide ! there will never be any kind of hidden fees ,we are just regular people who understand your needs .

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

we always have established a great connection with our customers ! we are pet friendly and trustworthy if u ever had to leave your home. the customers and there needs are always our 1st priority!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

we have done plenty of commercial and residential service and all been licensed when we worked with the local 301 flooring union on any type of flooring

How did you get started doing this type of work?

my grandfather did flooring , my dad, and now me and my husband are taking over the business with over 100 years of knowledge passed down

What types of customers have you worked with?

I've have worked with small home owners to big company's and have worked in different states ! we have contracts with retirement homes and even the local airports here in Indianapolis

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

normally we take about 1 day to finish projects for residential homes , and sometimes up to a week for commercial jobs . we just did temper sealy warehouse HR building here on the west side in a week when the job required us to have it done in 2 weeks

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

we own our business and we will be on the job site , u will not have to jump through loops just to talk to the main guy . we will be on the job site to make sure everything is done to the standards we hold

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

make sure u fi d the product u want for your home for a reasonable price . we normally get the materials for almost 50% less the competition, are family has been doing business for a long time with certain warehouse
