What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

To schedule an appointment with a new customer we ask for the customer's service address, email, phone number, and full name. After a diagnostic of a system or a free estimation service, we provide customers with our estimates (usually within the same day).

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

15+ years in construction and engineering industry in the project management position. Masters degree in electrical engineering and Bachelors degree in electronics engineering.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Our journey into this line of work began with a deep passion for green energy, and electrification. Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We fix things every day. All projects are important to us. We strive to repair units during the first visit; however, the time required depends on the problem and parts availability. On average, repairs may take a few days.
