Video call or face to face to discover needs, make introductions, and to ensure the client has all questions answered.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

23 years of real world on the job training for everything from simple Wifi configuration to custom home theater installation.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Direct Tech was born when as a young man I became a father of a beautiful baby girl. Now her and her two siblings are its driving force.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Residential to large retail chains like Kohls, Walmart, Lifetime Fitness, McDonalds, Home Goods, and many many more.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A 47 room video conferencing network for the Montly Fool in late 2019. This involved everything from TV mounting to in ceiling speakers and microphone installation w/ voice tracking cameras. This project took our team roughly 3 weeks to complete.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Be sure that you are on the same page as your pro. If there is an end result you are looking for, be sure you both understand that and its limitations. ( Provided there are some)

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Make sure the pro has relevant experience. Residential though often simpler than commercial has it's own set of complications. The wrong person could make matters worse or even create ones all their own.
