We are dedicated to providing high-quality installations of commercial and residential video security systems, burglar alarms, home security systems, video monitoring, and access control solutions. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We are not the cheapest and not the most expensive. Our knowledge and experience far exceeds the competion, having been in the industry for the last 25 years. On time. Reliable, Knowledgable.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Onboarding is simple with our new clients. We would perform a walkthrough and a risk assement. At that point we will educate the client of what the current needs are with drawings and a layout of all work expected as well as a quote. Once the quote is accepted we can begin work within 24-48 hours.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We are licensed with the Dpertment of Public Safety Private Security Board of Texas. We also have several CCTV and access control certifications with Verkada, Bosche, Avigilon, Rosslare and many more. We hold certifications with Homeland Security, and FEMA. These certifications along with 25 years of industry experience in security, investigations, cyber, counter surveillance and intelligence, make us a solidsolution for your security needs.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Most of our staff is comprised of former municple and federal employees with a vast knowledge in their specific department.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Residential, commercial, industrial, municiple, government, warehouse, manufacturing, schools, universities, hotels, and retail.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We just completed a large scale warehouse with 153 cameras. We complleted the job in 30 days.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure that any security firm you work with has been around longer than 10 years and not only has security experience in networking and bandwidth needs.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What would you like the system to do? What is your current system not doing that frustrates you? Are you looking for future expandibility?
