What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We prioritize providing a great service at an affordable rate. Because we are a smaller company we do not have the overhead many other large companies do, which gives us flexibility with our pricing system. We will always price match and beat other quotes.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We offer free inspections and while onsite doing so, we inform our customers our findings and details of service options available. We offer same day service and can start treatment at the same time as inspection.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Over 25 years of combined experience in the industry.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

A spider bit me when I was 5 and I've been plotting my revenge since.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with anyone who is in need of help resolving any pest issue we offer service for. Both residential and commercial properties, all throughout San Diego County.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently removed a beehive from a customer's home, where they were established within the attic, 2nd story, at the edge of the home. We were able to safely extract the bees from the roof, that we also repaired, and cleaned the area of any honeycomb and other debris left behind. The entire process took only a few hours from start to finish.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure they are licensed, insured, and bonded in order to prevent any potential headache.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

They should establish very specific desired results with the project; quality wise, price wise, aesthetics, etc., and vet a prospective company by asking questions on how they can reach the desired outcome following those parameters.
