What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Pricing is relative to the animal we are removing and or the repairs necessary But we have basic pricing for standard Trapping or Exclusion fees Usually email or 2 minute phone conversation can give customer general price info

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Establish what is the issue, Formulate a process towards a solution, Execute the plan. Making sure the job is done and the customer is satisfied! Then set traps accordingly Then evaluate damage done to property and price all of it together

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We've been in operation since 1988. We stand behind almost 40 years of on the job experience. Been in business doing construction for 34 years Can't beat experience

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Started in construction and home improvement and the opportunity to expand our service profile presented itself as a result of the local community demand. This is a weird thing to be good, but we're exactly that and we do this every day.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Helped an elderly client that had been dealing with the same issue for over a year. We removed multiple squirrels from her attic and successfully repaired the damage to the interior and exterior of her home. It took 6 days from start to finish.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure the person you hire knows what they're talking about and is clear and intentional about following through with what they proposing to do to help you.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Will the person selling me the idea of doing this job/project make sure its done as they have promised. Also are you using durable, proven materials.
