What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

At TNT Exterminators education is very important. We inform them of how your pest problem began in the first place and how to prevent it from happening again in the future. The old saying is very true! an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We attend training seminars to validate our license, as well as staying informed in the industry by reading the latest advances in pest control techniques on an every other week basis. Also, we read the updates presented on line by the NPMA association.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

30 years ago I started at one of the big companies with the red diamond simply needing a job. I soon found out that I wanted to make this a life long career! 7 years later I opened my own business. I employ people that share my vision- to provide the best pest control service possible to everyone!
