What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Most initial's start at $175.00 with a $50.00 discount equaling $125.00 for most general Pest starts, for e.g mice, ants, roaches, bees, etc.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We meet, greet, and address every new person with a smile and a nice hand shake. Then, we listen to the concerns of our customers and provide them with answers.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a Bachelors in Science from DeVry University, and a Master Certification from The Minnesota Department of Agriculture. I am a certified Pest management Professional and fully qualified to initiate an Integrated Pest Management Program for you!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I use to be a Sales Inspector for Terminix and Orkin. I then was taught how the technical aspect of the business was performed, so I became a Structual Tech. while in college, I had to create a business plan from the ground up for my Cap Stone Project, thus Elite Pest Control was founded.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with every type of customer imaginable! Most of my customers are my friends and we get along exceptionally well.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I perform a lot of mouse proofing of homes, that is, find all of the intricate places where mice can gain entry into a structure, then I seal those areas up or "exclude" them from getting into ones home. That usually takes a few hours, but it's well worth it.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Don't do business with the bigger pest control companies, they are on time schedules and they will not have time to listen to your cares and concerns, but rather the smaller companies who are in business to help people like you.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Ask as many questions about your problem, the particular treatment a tech will use, the effects if any on the customer and or their family and pets, the cost and so on and so forth.
