What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We start with a brief phone consultation or inspection to understand your concerns and pest activity. From there, we schedule your initial service, which includes a full interior and exterior treatment. We also identify and seal entry points, place bait stations if needed, and set up a plan for ongoing protection. Follow-ups are based on your specific needs and schedule.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started Legion Pest Control with a goal to provide professional, reliable, and affordable pest control services in our community. Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently helped a customer dealing with a heavy ant infestation inside their home. The initial service took about 30 minutes. We performed a targeted interior treatment where activity was present and treated the entire exterior foundation, entry points, and surrounding yard. Within a few days, the customer saw a dramatic reduction in activity, and by the time we followed up, the problem was fully resolved. It's always rewarding to deliver fast, effective results and give customers peace of mind.
