What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We are competitively priced to address your pest control needs. We charge per visit, per treatment. There are no hidden fees. Discounts will be applied if additional treatments are needed. We also provide discounts for multiple properties. We offer 10% discount for new customers on initial service call.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We evaluate the site, address the pest control issue, and inform the customer of potential pest control concerns and next steps. We will explain the methods we use every step of the way.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

SWAP Exterminators are fully licensed company with over 20 years experience. Our company continues to be well-informed of all the current pest control methods in the industry. Technicians routinely attend training in all pest control techniques, as the pest control industry evolves.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We started our pest control service with a goal in mind: to provide quality service to our customers with honest, family-oriented values. We treat your home or business like it was ours.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with all residential to large scale commercial sites.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently worked in a 205 unit building infested with roaches. Within 2 weeks the infestation was under control. We set up monthly maintenance visits to prevent the infestation from reoccurring.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

It is important to "take your time and do your homework". Interview, or speak with at least three prospective companies.

What Pest Control chemicals will be used? What preparations do I need to take? What training, certification do you have?
