What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Typically, pricing is determined by the amount of beds and boxsprings to be treated, amount of furniture to be treated and level of infestation. Square footage is not a factor.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I'm generally good with new customers. In most cases, its not as bad as they perceive it to be, im normally able to educate the customer on realistic expectations and approximate time frames.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am licensed through the State of Ohio, and i am fully insured. In addition, i have developed effective treatments that work!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I had plenty of my own personal expieriences with bugs. I trully understand the anxieties of my customers and i want to give them their home back.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with all sorts of clients from a wide range of back grounds, from laborers to professionals.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Every job is slightly different from the previous. However, every time another customer thanks me because they're not getting bit anymore, im excited.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Don't waste your money buying OTC products, most insects have adapted and developed a resistance to most retail and some commercial grade products.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

how long is my warranty,and when does it start? what can i expect after the first treatment? what is my budget for treatment?
