What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our pricing is based off the situation but on average fall between $95 and $135 for general pests.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First get a gage on what they are experiencing. I then preform a full inspection. After that I provide a customized plan to the customer and if they select my service I execute that plan to the best of my abilities.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Close to ten years of total experience professionally. Grew up learning about insects from father with over thirty years of experience.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I learned from my father and I am now pushing ten years of total experience myself.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked on residential setting (houses, apartments, duplexes, condos and mobile homes) with owners, renters, tenants and landlords. I have also worked with a variety of commercial customers.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently assisted a gentleman with a serious bedbug issue. It took two visits to fully resolve his issue and he is comfortable sleeping in his own bed again.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look for clarity in price structure and project goal.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Is there a required contract and is there a cost for follow up treatments.
