What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We strive to offer a cost effective service while not sacrificing on product or service. While other companies may dilute their product or use cheaper products, we will use the highest and most safe products.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We will provide an initial inspection so we know exactly what type of issues you are dealing with so we can custom-tailor our approach to your needs.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have over 10 years combined experience in the industry that allows us to protect you and your family from unwanted pests.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We got started doing this work as a way to pay for college but quickly fell in love with the service and the business aspect of pest control.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with all types of customers, residential and commercial. We have worked with renters, landlords and home owners. Our goal is to provide you relief from those creepy critters.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently had a customer that had moved into their new home and were finding scorpions everywhere. Through a detailed method of attack, we were able to get rid of their scorpions so they had the piece of mind that their kids and pets would be safe.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would tell a customer to understand how long is a typical service as well as what products are being used. Its very standard of many companies to just provide a quick spray around the home and leave. With Surge Pest Control we employ our TriStrike plan of treating the fenceline, yard and foundation. This combined with treating the eaves, garage and interior gives you the most bang for your buck.

How safe are the products being used? Who is the technician that will be servicing their house. How often will they be servicing the home?
