Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
We offer military, first responder, and healthcare worker discounts.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
I will get information about your wildlife issue and schedule an inspection. Once at the house, I typically look in the attic for signs of animals, such as footprints, droppings, tunnels, chewing, etc. Then I’ll inspect the exterior of the house, top to bottom, to find every single place an animal can get in through. I take pictures of everything as I go and include them in the estimate. I typically type up the estimate while I’m there and go over any questions you might have. If you’d like to proceed, I can either get started right away or schedule a convenient time to come back.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
B.S. in Wildlife Science from Virginia Tech OSHA 10 Hour Fall Safety Training

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I studied wildlife science at Virginia Tech but I wasn’t interested in the research side of that field. I have always loved animals and working with my hands, so this was the perfect career for me!

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
Homeowners, HOA’s, Apartments, Property Management Companies, Commercial Businesses.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Make sure that whoever you choose is going to provide long-term solutions. If it is not done correctly, you will end up with the same issues in the near future.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Where are you hearing the noises? What time are you hearing the noises? Have you had any issues like this before?
