Rodent infestations are the cause of health problems as well. Ecora specialized in installing rodent concrete barriers in crawlspaces and associated drainage when needed. -We do wood shake and damaged roof conversions to certainteed presidential asphalt shingles. -Rodents: Inspection, entry point sealing, specialty exclusion — burrowing rodents, insulation replacement, trapping, baiting, antimicrobial, specialty, one time services and ongoing maintenance. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Pricing ranges drastically. There are situations which are $100 to resolve and some are $20,000+ to resolve. While we strive to be cost effective, pest control is like any other business, there are variables. Some projects require additional expertise, specialized equipment and/or extensive labor and material. We offer free estimates and strive to narrow price over the phone.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Phone consultation, price quote, initial service. All services are in writing with associated guarantee.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

People have pests, people don’t like pests and people want or need the help.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Here are a couple examples. 1. Bedbug heat treatment 3100sqft house in Everett, WA. Using specialized equipment we were up to temp, maintained lethal temperatures and completed the entire treatment in 1 day. We were In and out in 12.5 hours 2. Rodent infestation in Snohomish requiring insulation replacement. The process and duration was 3 weeks, the process is designed for efficiency, to allow time for trapping, inspection and Exclusion of entry points, clean up and Insulation replacement. 3. Ant treatment ( small black odorous ants and the big black carpenter ants). 1.5 hours thorough treatment interior and exterior.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Be thorough in your questions, get everything in writing and if it seems to good to be true, it probably is. If it seems extreme, it may or may not be. Pest Control is a process. If we had a button which would instantly solve Pest problems, we would patent it and that would be valuable patent.
