Introduction

Thanks for taking the time to learn a bit more about me. My name is Jason Treguboff. I have been practicing bankruptcy for nearly ten years. My clients like me because I am personable and I do good work. When you call, you will speak with me, not a paralegal or intake specialist. I know that when you are being hounded by creditors, you don’t have a lot of money laying around to pay an attorney. I offer affordable payment plans allowing you to file bankruptcy now for a minimal fee so you can get the relief you need. The majority of my fee can be paid after your case is filed. My priority is getting you the financial relief you need so you can get a fresh start. Give me a call if you need to stop a wage garnishment, foreclosure or just need relief from debt that feels overwhelming. I work with clients all over Arizona and offer free consultations. We can meet in person, over the phone or via Zoom. I will also travel to your location to make things more convenient for you.

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
In most circumstances, individual Chapter 7 cases can be filed for a nominal upfront fee and low bi-weekly payments thereafter.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I completed my undergrad in political science at Arizona State University (Go Devils!) and attended law school at the University of Utah.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
After graduating from law school, I worked at a small law firm handling family law and bankruptcy matters. I quickly learned I did not like family law, but really enjoyed helping individuals escape the stress of crushing debt. After about a year, I went to work at a firm with a high volume bankruptcy practice. I worked under a certified bankruptcy specialist for about 7 years and gained a substantial amount of experience. After that, I took a position at a smaller firm near my home to get away from that soul crushing commute downtown. About 2 years later I decided to take the plunge and start my own practice.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I have helped everyone from medical providers, truck drivers, stock brokers, comic book artists, farm hands, attorneys, school teachers, first responders, members of the military and everyone in between get relief from creditors.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Shop around and find an attorney you are comfortable with.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Clients need to be completely honest with their attorney and the court. Bankruptcy is very fact specific and you are required to disclose a lot of detailed financial information. Don’t withhold information because your are embarrassed or afraid you might lose an asset. You are going into federal court seeking relief from creditors: treat the process with the seriousness and respect it deserves.
