It starts with a phone call and I ask questions about a client's situation. The more I know, the more I am able to help.

I am a licensed CPA in the State of California with more than 10 years of experience in accounting and tax compliance.

It depends. But the more cooperative the client is, the faster I'll be able to finish the task.

Look for their credentials and their capability to help you. Make sure that the person had the proper training and license to do the task.
