What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Pricing is based on scope of service, complexity and hours needed to complete the tasks requested. We work with the client to customize the pricing for them. We offer a monthly flat fee and/or a project rate.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We spend time getting to the know the clients. Our goal is to learn more about what they need and where they want to go. We do our best to customize our service to meet the clients' work style and goals.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We hold various degrees (B.S. in Accounting, Masters of Accounting and a Juris Doctorate). We started out a Big 4 accounting firms (PricewaterhouseCoopers and Deloitte). Throughout our careers we have been working with privately held companies and their owners.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

This has been a dream for years. We wanted to bring the knowledge and expertise we have learned over the years to entrepreneurs.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with a wide variety of industries. Some of our clients are in fields we didn't even know existed until they became a client. Of course a bulk of our clients are from professional services, retail, manufacturing and hospitality.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We are very proud of helping our clients grow. Over the years we have helped clients get funding (banks loans and VC money), open new locations, and even guided a client through the process to become a franchise.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Determine what style of interaction and level of expertise you need.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Clients should think about what they want to achieve from a business and/or personal perspective.
