What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Initial Meeting is 30 minutes free so I can get familiar with the Prospect's Tax Debt Issues with the IRS/State and the Prospect can get familiar with the process and ask questions to clarify any concerns.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and a Master's in finance. I am a licensed Enrolled Agent. An Enrolled Agent is a Tax Specialist and we can practice taxes nationwide. I am also a licensed Realtor. I am an expert in 1031 Like Kind Exchanges and can help you deferred taxes when you sell a home to buy another one.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I worked for a tax resolution company and later worked for a Tax Attorney. I realized that I was really good at what I did so I decided to open my own business.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with customers who are business owners as sole proprietorships, S Corps, Partnerships, and C corporations. I have represented clients before the IRS in civil penalties, offer in compromise, installment agreement, Currently Not Collectibles, and Partial Pay Installment Agreement.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

The offer in compromise are considered big projects because it usually takes a year to resolve. The recent project was an offer in compromise that was rejected but I refuse to accept the rejection. I found errors and wrong reasons for the rejections that I rewrote the reconsideration letter of the offer in compromise and disclosed that the offer in compromise was the most beneficial for the IRS and my client. The offer in compromise was accepted and my client calls me her earth angel.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

You need to make sure that who ever you hire has a passion for helping people and that he/she can put a good argument with substance. Anyone who is passionate about what they do, will be good at what they do.
