Finally, we take a deliberate approach that follows a schedule to avoid any errors. This means the actual filing date may occur up to 2-3 weeks after we begin, depending on how fast we get all the information we need. If there are any emergency situations that would cause us to file immediately, such as lawsuits, wage garnishments, repossessions, etc. please let me know. Attorney Tarek Kiem has over 20 years of legal bankruptcy experience and is also a bankruptcy trustee. Attorney Kiem was a bankruptcy law clerk for Bankruptcy Judge Raymond Ray and then spent most of the years after that representing bankruptcy trustees and litigating various issues before the bankruptcy courts on behalf of the trustees, debtors, and creditors in Chapter 7, Chapter 13, and Chapter 11 cases. Attorney Kiem also has a Masters in Business Administration ("MBA") and has been a Florida Certified Public Accountant ("CPA") since 1999. We DO NOT bait you with low prices and then when you come in for a consult jack you up with various add on fees or after filing fees that are claimed to be "needed" for a standard bankruptcy case. Now, if for some reason your case is one of the approximately 5% of bankruptcy cases in my experience that ends up being contested and heavily litigated, then the quoted prices herein will not apply and we will tell you that up front.
