Welcome to Wesley E. Terry, P.A.!
Thank you for your interest in my firm. I look forward to speaking with you in the near future. After our initial consultation and in addition to the information you provide, I will be able to handle your case from start to finish. With me, you will always have multiple ways to communicate and receive constant detailed attention. I use an online client portal that allows you to log in and review your entire case, share documents, and send encrypted messages.
Why us?
I have the size and resources to help large entities, while remaining small enough to give special attention and focus to individuals. The individuals' needs always become my priorities.
Who are our clients?
Contact me for business start-ups, partnerships and other business relationships, bankruptcies, contract disputes, property damage, and simple matters of right versus wrong. My private clients include aviation companies, supply chain companies, engineers, and everyday people.
What are our areas?
We can do anything, from bankruptcy, business, intellectual property, contracts, estate planning, and even cases concerning family and divorce, and criminal matters.
What have we been doing for a very long time?
(1) BANKRUPTCY since 2005
I am happy to help you with all of your bankruptcy requirements, including the discharge of your obligation to pay credit cards, bank loans, payday loans, medical bills, closed account balances, some taxes, judgments and judicial liens, auto loans and loan deficiencies. I also have solutions for remaining in your home and vehicle if necessary, or even getting into a brand new car during your bankruptcy.
Finally, we take a deliberate approach that follows a schedule to avoid any errors. This means the actual filing date may occur up to 2-3 weeks after we begin, depending on how fast we get all the information we need. If there are any emergency situations that would cause us to file immediately, such as lawsuits, wage garnishments, repossessions, etc. please let me know. We have the ability to respond to emergencies and file within 24 hours.
(2) BUSINESS AND CORPORATE LAW since 2009
Only take your business advice from successful business owners and those who have represented successful business owners. I am both. As a former shareholder and President/CEO of a mid-size government contractor, I managed hundreds of millions of dollars worth of government and private sector contracts, including the creation of business relationships such as joint ventures, partnerships, franchising and area development. I have also legally represented numerous entities across the globe, provide corporate governance and corporate counsel, handled their commercial disputes, and matters before the Government Accountability Office, the Inspector General's Office, the Federal Court of Claims, and the IRS. So, aided by my own business experience, I understand a company's internal issues, and operational requirements, and that is why we maintain a staff of equally experienced tax advisers, risk management professionals, and business experts.
(3) CRIMINAL LAW since 1985
That's right, we have members of our firm who began practicing criminal law before I graduated from high school, and I started out prosecuting for the city in 2005. So, we have all the experience on board that you need to resolve a criminal matter.
What if we cannot help you?
WE DO NOT HUSTLE YOU INTO OUR FOLD FOR THE SAKE OF MAKING MONEY. IF WE CANNOT HELP YOU, WE WILL FIND SOMEONE WHO CAN AND SEND YOU ONLY TO HONEST, REPUTABLE ATTORNEYS THAT WE HAVE ALREADY VETTED AND WORKED WITH IN THE PAST.
Why can we handle just about everything?
When you look at our areas of practice, as a bankruptcy attorney who automatically come across divorce, contracts, business, tax matters, real estate, and property laws in just about every case. Even in a business bankruptcy we have to deal with contractual and statutory shareholders' rights, which includes their spouses. See?
What about our reviews?
We want you to take the time and read each one of our reviews, because we hope everyone takes them seriously. Unfortunately, we have no control over the reviews, which of course, is the way it should be. We do have 1-star reviews. Two of these are people who we never spoke to and never hired us, so there is no basis for their review. A two others...well, we just can't make everyone happy. We did all the work, they changed their minds, and we refused to refund the money. I will not apologize for that because Attorneys are paid for their time. Honesty and transparency is what I believe in. But we have more reviews than anyone else because we have been hired more than anyone else. Not all clients mark us as hired and not all clients leave us a review. However, I can tell you that we have actually been hired more than 100 times off of Thumbtack and you can see that most all of our reviews are 5-star. Compare that to the 5-star attorney who has been hired here twice. Take your time and choose your representation wisely.
Where's your website?
This is the question that everyone asks. So, I ask you...have you ever seen a website that does NOT make an attorney look great? Of course, not. So why would that be the determining factor? Speak to us directly and you will find an honest, hard-working person in your corner.

Kiem Law, PLLC
4.5
Serves Delray Beach, FL
22 years in business
Attorney Tarek Kiem has over 20 years of legal bankruptcy experience and is also a bankruptcy trustee. Attorney Kiem was a bankruptcy law clerk for Bankruptcy Judge Raymond Ray and then spent most of the years after that representing bankruptcy trustees and litigating various issues before the bankruptcy courts on behalf of the trustees, debtors, and creditors in Chapter 7, Chapter 13, and Chapter 11 cases.
Attorney Kiem also has a Masters in Business Administration ("MBA") and has been a Florida Certified Public Accountant ("CPA") since 1999. The firm specializes in helping individuals, trustees, corporations and businesses with all their bankruptcy needs.
Our prices reflect Attorney Kiem being with you every step of a typical bankruptcy from initial consultation, to preparation of your bankruptcy documents, to attending your meeting of creditors and other standard hearings. We DO NOT let you attend by yourself the meeting of creditors at the bankruptcy court. We DO NOT bait you with low prices and then when you come in for a consult jack you up with various add on fees or after filing fees that are claimed to be "needed" for a standard bankruptcy case. Now, if for some reason your case is one of the approximately 5% of bankruptcy cases in my experience that ends up being contested and heavily litigated, then the quoted prices herein will not apply and we will tell you that up front. We tell it straight. We keep it straight. Whether its good for our business or not.
