We will refund to our clients the fee paid to us, if they are not satisfied with our services. Period. We believe we should be paid for results. We do not believe we should be paid for billing time, as do most lawyers. Our firm is focused on providing the results and producing the desired outcome for our clientele for which we were hired, not on keeping track of time. We produce results for our clients and want to be your trusted adviser for life. We cater to the individual needs of our clients, providing specific and personalized solutions to address their concerns, rather than a "one fits all" approach. We refuse to represent commercial creditors, lenders or banks, as do many other lawyers who also represent consumers, because we want to be focused on our consumer clients' best interests and to be able to advocate solely for them, without any potential conflicts of interest. With over 30 years experience addressing clients' legal issues, we have the solutions to solve their legal matter. We want our clients to be completely satisfied with our care of them and their matters. The highest satisfaction is in knowing we have solved a client's problem, issue or concern and that they can move forward with their lives without the burden of excess debt. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our pricing is specifically tailored to the individual needs of our clients and we are usually able to quote a flat-fee. In some circumstances, depending upon the legal issues, our fee will be within a specific range (i.e. a minimum amount but not to exceed a maximum amount). We do not charge or base our fee upon an hourly rate, as no client should feel they are being billed every time we speak with them. We provide results, not monthly billing statements.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We focus upon the individual needs of our clients and create a personalized legal solution to address their unique and specific situation.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

The principal of our firm, attorney C. Dean Matsas, has been a licensed attorney since 1986, focusing his legal practice in the areas of bankruptcy and debt relief, personal injury and workers compensation, and misdemeanor and felony criminal defense.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Our goal is to assist and guide our clients with personalized legal services that address their unique situation and issues.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Our client base is generally individuals but we also represent small businesses in addressing debt-related issues.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Focus upon retaining legal counsel that understands your specific issues and can offer individualized solutions to address your needs. The lowest quoted fee for legal services is generally not a good indicator on whether your specific legal issues will be addressed and resolved.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Who will be working for me, an attorney with extensive experience, who understands my issues or a less experienced attorney or paralegal offering boilerplate solutions? Will my personal and specific needs be addressed or am I being offered generalized solutions that do not take into consideration my specific situation?
