Introduction

We think of our firm as a client centered firm. We understand that clients who have legal problems are often going through very difficult times in their lives and we strive to make the experience of working with our firm as easy as possible. We are flexible with scheduling appointments and will gladly meet with clients during the evening or on weekends at no additional charge to the client. We also understand that sometimes clients do not always have the ability to travel to our office, so we will gladly travel to a location that is convenient for our client. We feel that our willingness to put the convenience of our clients ahead of our own is what helps us stand out from other law firms in the area. We enjoy helping our clients solve their legal problems in a manner that is the most cost effective to the client. Many law firms focus on doing tasks on cases that don't really need to be done simply to run up the hourly bill that they will send to the client. We strongly oppose this practice and will never do that to a client. We do the work that needs to be done in order to obtain the maximum benefit for the client.

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
We offer flexible payment plans and can work with clients who don't have the full fee upfront. We also offer competitive rates, while still providing an excellent product, as you can see from our many positive reviews.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
We always offer a free initial consultation. We understand that each case is different, so after the initial consultation we develop an individual plan for each client that will provide the best result for their unique situation.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
While this firm has been opened since 2016, I have been licensed to practice law since 2004, and have been a full time attorney since that time. I've worked as a lawyer in both the government sector, as well as the private sector. I feel my varied experience has given me a unique perspective on the practice of law, and has given me insight into areas of law that attorneys who don't have the variety of experience I have may not possess.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I've worked with a wide, diverse range of customers. Unfortunately, most people in our society will encounter a legal issue that they need professional assistance with at some point in their life. It doesn't matter if they are rich or poor. I believe in the philosophy that every client deserves to be treated like they are my most important client. I believe that because I understand that for customers, their legal issue is the most important thing, and they need an attorney who can focus on their issue.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Ask as many questions as you feel you need to, and don't worry about how much time it is taking. If an attorney is not willing to take the time to answer all your questions, then you need to ask yourself if your attorney really cares about your case, or just wants your money. My initial consultations are never rushed, and I give clients as much time as they need to have all their questions answered, and to feel comfortable with hiring me to handle their legal matter.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
In the legal field it is important to just ask your attorney for a complete explanation of how the process will work from beginning to end. The reason that you are hiring an attorney on your matter is because you need legal expertise. An experienced attorney will know after talking with you what issues need to be addressed, or if there is anything unique about your case that could make it more complex than a typical case.
