What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We usually have an initial phone conversation where we get to know you! We like to hear why your filing bankruptcy and we want you to know that ITS OKAY. Bankruptcy is a tool to help you and should not be looked at like your life is over!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have practiced in Federal Court and have gone to CLEs that were taught by some of the best Bankruptcy Trustees in New York.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My dad and I started this firm to help people. We have helped many immigrants, battered woman, and people who were facing losing their homes, its extremely rewarding to be able to help so many people get back on their feet.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked from people from all different walks of life from small business owners, students, parents and elderly.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We helped a client start fresh who was dealing with domestic abuse. We were all so happy to be able to help someone who endured so many struggles.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure you ask a lot of questions! Find out what fees you are being charged for!

How much debt do they have? How much is my Total Mortgage Balance? How much Do I make? How much are my assets worth? How much is my house worth? Have I transferred anything over 1000 dollars within the last two years?
