The court may allow you to pay this filing fee in installments if you cannot pay it all at once. If your income is significantly low you may even qualify for a waiver of the filing fee. ATTORNEY FEES: Bankruptcy can start for as little as $500.00 in attorneys fees. For foreclosure defense and debt settlement my attorney fees are billed hourly at $200 per hour.
