For Agreed Divorces No Children, no property: from $500. For chapter 7 bankruptcy: $900. For Probate (depends on the issues) from $1200. Wills $350. Trusts: (depends on the issues)

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to speak with you by phone before we meet in my office. A short phone conversation, or, zoom conversation will allow us to determine if I can help you with your legal issues, AND, if we can work together to resolve your issues.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I continually take refresher courses in law and psychology. I am highly experienced in mediation and settlement processes as well as jury trials and judge only trials
