Introduction

We ONLY practice bankruptcy, consumer chp7, chp13 and business bankruptcy. We emphasize the importance of making sure our clients feel as comfortable as possible so that they are able to make the best decision for themselves. Filing a bankruptcy is hard enough and a humbling experience. We want to make sure our clients get a full understanding of not only there bankruptcy options but also whatever other options they may potentially have. Once the clients decide on what they believe is best, we do our best to explain how and what the bankruptcy will provide and what to expect going forward so that our clients do not feel blindsided by future events The best experience that I receive is when my clients are able to successfully finish their case and they now are able to be at peace and know they have a bright future to look forward to

My parents filed for bankruptcy when I was younger and I know personally from what they experience how difficult it is to firmly decide to go down the bankruptcy path. It is not always for everybody, however, once you placed your pride in the back burners and decide what will be best for you and your family in the future, the decision gets clearer .

What types of customers have you worked with?

Chapter 13 and Chapter 7 Bankruptcy to stop foreclosure, repossession, lawsuits and to eliminate their debts.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Always ask a lot of questions. Don't be afraid to ask questions even if you may think it is redundant or may sound stupid. Our firm excels and prides ourselves in educating and assisting our clients so that they know what is going on in their case and about the different options that they may have.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Does the attorney practice only bankruptcy or are they a general practitioner. I think this is important to know because when hiring an attorney you should want someone who concentrates their focus on the area of law that you are seeking rather then someone who does a little of everything but not excelling in the area of law you may seek.
