Our bartending services start at $75 per hour, with the final rate depending on factors like party size and event duration. For new clients, we offer special discounts tailored to your event’s size and time frame. We’re committed to working within your budget and can offer a variety of services to help you achieve the perfect experience without going over. Let’s discuss your needs, and we’ll find the best option for you!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
When you reach out to us, we start by having a conversation to understand your vision for the event—whether it’s a wedding, birthday party, or corporate event. We’ll ask about the number of guests, the event’s duration, and any specific drink preferences or themes you might have. From there, we’ll provide a custom quote based on your needs. Once we’ve agreed on the details, we’ll handle all the logistics—from providing the right amount of supplies to coordinating with your venue (if needed). On the day of your event, our team arrives on time, fully prepared, and ready to serve. We pride ourselves on making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible, so you can focus on enjoying your event!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
As a professional mobile bartending service in Arizona, both myself and my team are fully trained and certified to provide bartending services in compliance with state regulations. We’ve all completed the TIPS (Training for Intervention Procedures) certification, which ensures that we are well-versed in responsible alcohol service. This includes checking IDs, recognizing signs of intoxication, and handling challenging situations in a safe and professional manner. We are also well-versed in Arizona’s liquor laws, especially in regard to dry-hire bartending. Under dry-hire, we provide bartending services without supplying alcohol; our clients are responsible for purchasing and providing it. We always make sure to follow local laws and regulations to ensure everything runs smoothly and legally for your event. From expertly crafting cocktails to maintaining a safe and fun environment, my team and I are dedicated to delivering a professional and responsible service.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I’ve always had a passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences for people, and bartending seemed like the perfect way to combine that with my love for craft cocktails and social events. I initially started working in local bars and restaurants, where I honed my bartending skills, learned the ins and outs of customer service, and became familiar with alcohol laws. Over time, I realized I enjoyed the flexibility and creativity of working private events, so I decided to shift focus to mobile bartending. I wanted to offer a more personalized experience and provide a tailored service for people who wanted to elevate their parties and gatherings. Starting my own mobile bartending business allowed me to build a team of skilled, like-minded professionals who share the same dedication to service, safety, and fun. It’s been incredibly rewarding to see clients enjoy their events knowing we’ve helped make it a memorable experience.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, from private individuals hosting intimate gatherings to high-profile clients in the entertainment industry. I’ve had the opportunity to bartend at weddings, exclusive private parties, corporate events, and even festivals, where the bar service is just as important as the vibe. No matter the client, I’m committed to providing a seamless and elevated experience. Whether it's creating signature cocktails for a celebrity wedding or managing a high-energy event, I ensure that every guest feels taken care of and the event runs smoothly. It’s been a pleasure working with such a wide variety of people and making their special moments even more memorable.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
One recent event that stands out is an "All About Tequila" themed experience I created for a client who was a huge fan of tequila and wanted to highlight it in a fun and creative way. The event was all about showcasing tequila in a new light, and I designed a full cocktail menu around the spirit, featuring unique infusions, flavors, and presentation techniques. It was a hands-on, immersive event where guests could learn about different types of tequila, how it’s made, and its history, while sipping on craft cocktails I had specially curated. We even had a tequila-tasting station that allowed guests to explore various aged tequilas alongside their cocktail pairings. The planning and preparation for the event took about 2 weeks, but the actual event itself was a blast and ran smoothly over the course of a 4-hour evening. Seeing how much the guests enjoyed the experience, learning about tequila while having a great time, was incredibly rewarding. It’s one of those events I’ll always remember because it brought together my love for creativity with my passion for bartending.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
When hiring a mobile bartending service, my biggest piece of advice is to make sure you're working with a team that is both professional and experienced. Look for a provider who not only has the necessary certifications and training—like TIPS certification and a solid understanding of local liquor laws—but also one that takes the time to listen to your specific needs and event vision. Here are a few things to keep in mind: Experience & Flexibility – Make sure the team has experience with different types of events—whether it's a large corporate gathering, an intimate wedding, or a themed party. A good bartending service should be able to adapt and offer creative solutions based on your event size, theme, and guest preferences. Custom Drink Options – A great bartending team will work with you to create a custom drink menu that fits your theme or vibe. If you're looking for something special, like a signature cocktail or a full tequila experience (like I’ve done in the past), they should be able to accommodate that. Communication & Customer Service – Good communication is key. From the moment you reach out to the team to the final drink served at your event, the provider should be responsive, professional, and organized. Liquor Laws & Insurance – Especially in Arizona, you want to make sure that your bartender is familiar with local liquor laws, especially if you're doing a dry-hire event where you're providing the alcohol. A professional provider will be insured and handle all the legal details for you, ensuring a smooth and safe experience for all guests. Choosing a reliable and skilled bartending service can make all the difference in creating an unforgettable event, so make sure you’re hiring a team that will not only serve drinks but elevate! :)

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Before contacting a bartending service, it’s helpful to think through a few key details about your event to ensure everything goes smoothly. Here are some questions that can guide you: 1. What’s the size of your guest list?
 2. What’s the theme or vibe of your event?
 3. What type of beverages do you want to serve?
 4. What’s your event’s schedule?
 5. Do you have a budget in mind?
 6. Do you have any specific requirements or preferences?
 7. Do you need help with other aspects of the bar?
By thinking through these questions before reaching out, you’ll be able to communicate your vision clearly and ensure the bartending service can tailor their offerings to meet your needs.
