What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My pricing is fair because i offer a lot of value given the diverse set of skills I have and the many supplies i have on hand that enable anyone to create a successful event.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I would introduce myself, offer my cell phone number and be open to meeting prior to their event. I want the client to have full confidence in my variety of abilities , punctuality and outgoing personality that i will always do the best job i can to ensure top level success.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a very diverse background including; server, prepping and cooking food, bartending, food and table display, creative design services, floral design, customer service including high end clients. I always come dressed in a stylish way that enables me to blend seamlessly within the event. I am non smoking, and drug free and I live a healthy lifestyle that enables me to work energetically for long periods of time.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I have always been in the food and beverage industry over the years and i enjoy the diversity of the work and meeting all of the interesting people. I can’t seem to leave this industry!!! It’s very rewarding to be told by a client that with my assistance they were able to relax and enjoy themselves knowing all the details were taken care of.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked for all types of clients for different companies as well as for myself. I served Heads of State in Vancouver, Canada, many celebrities and high profile clients as well as everyday people having a fun and casual backyard family party. I love serving all types of peoples needs and i use my creative problem solving skills to always ensure satisfaction.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A long time client of mine was having a going away dinner for his daughter and asked me to assist with food service, and drink service - they consider me part of their family now and i adore all of them and enjoy being a part of their special events! Usually, a party is a 4-6 hour occasion from start to finish, but that can vary due to types of services provided or type of event.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would make sure that the client is well matched with the right person for their specific needs. For instance if their needs require a person with server, bartending, creativity and floral design skills they should just hire me :)

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Just to be clear about all of their needs and wants so that the mutual communication matches up to the end result and expectations.
