What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We try to stay competitive with the market. As return customers you will be assured to receive a loyalty price. From time to time we offer specials and or discounted fees.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We like to find out what the vision of the event is to begin with? Then we will discuss all of the details and necessities of the event. Then we conquer and collaborate.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our team has over 15 years of bartending experience. We also bring over 12 years of planning, organizing, and managing events from very small to events that are large and have many moving parts.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Started from the bottom and over time worked my way through learning and understanding every aspect of the craft. Mixing and creating have become a skill set that not all can manage. Customer service is second nature and event planning is a passion.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have managed corporate events, elegant weddings, and casual parties or occasions. Our goal is to camouflage ourselves into each event and make sure we exhibit manners that complement the event on hand.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Events are all a process. Working under pressure is a strong skill set of our team. We don't stress or worry about the objectives in front of us. The most recent was a last minute Cinco De Mayo party that was full service and only 10 days to make it happen. We DID IT and killed it.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure that price isn't always your major decision. The decision should be based on making you feel comfortable. A team should gel with the customer and they should feel 100% comfortable with the judgement of the team.
