What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I'm currently offering 10% off of any package I have on my website. As for fees there is a bartender fee in all of my packages per bartender needed.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I make sure that I'm very straight forward and transparent and I always try to work with budgets and tweak my prices to benefit all involved parties whether new or repeat costumers.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I started working as a mechanical bull operator when I was 17 and eventually started getting promoted. I have done almost everything regarding costumer service from serving the drinks to making them to inventing them. I've had over 8 year of bartending experience working in nightclubs, fine dining restaurants, whiskey bars, hotels, dive bars, and learning more and more every year.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started as a barback, then got promoted to bartender, then bar lead, and finally a bar manager. I loved the job but disliked the hours so I decided to start my own company and work for myself and my passion. Never turned back.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I've worked with all types of costumers very particular ones, very friendly ones, some that need everything perfect, others that have no clue and let me take charge, but they were all an experience that I'd willingly have again and again.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I recently worked on the Thursday Night Football launch party. it took several weeks of planning, making themed cocktails, and gathering all of the napkins and products to fit their theme but I got to work for some incredibly talented people. I met some retired NFL players and some current players also! It was an awesome party!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure you get a clear understanding of what we offer for our price and what you're receiving for your payment. Best thing to receive is a bullet point list.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What do I need from the professional? what do I already have? what is my budget and am I willing to rethink it?
