We do our best to remain competitive with the rest of the professional services in our marketplace, though it may vary from what is listed depending on several factors, including logistics, duration, and guest count. Schedule a consultation for a formal proposal!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We love new customers! We typically schedule a phone/Zoom consultation to review requirements, provide budgetary pricing, and outline our service offering. The detailed description of our process is on our website under the "About Us" section!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our staff has over 50 years of combined event planning experience. Ranging from backyard parties to multi-state conferences, we have the expertise to execute your event to perfection! All of our bartenders have RBS (TIPS) Certification and are registered with the CA Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

When you're done being the life of the party, the natural progression is to bring parties to life! Nuff said!

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with famous YouTubers, community activists, startups, large corporations, and everyday individuals!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently coordinated a wedding near Russian River which took 2 days, but it was an absolute blast working with the customer and bringing their wedding to life!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Event planning and mobile bartending is not a gig for us. We are providing a professional solution, and as such you should expect that whoever you hire will respond in a timely fashion, understand your event requirements, assure you of their ability to deliver, and show a track record of exceeding customer expectations (hint: PERFECTION UNLIMITED!)
