What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I’m flexible on pricing. If the quote is too high don’t pass me up, doesn’t hurt to try negotiating a bit :)

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to really talk to them about what they want and expect from me. It’s important to plan everything out before the event so things run smoothly and the Host can sit back and enjoy the party!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I’ve worked in a restaurant bar for years and graduated from Bartenders Institute. I Have years of experience working private parties, special events and weddings.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I have worked many years in the food and beverage business. I really enjoyed the bartending part of my experience and attended Bartending Institute to further my knowledge and professionalism.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I’ve worked with a variety of costumers, from Corporate events, Film Industry events, Wrap parties, Brides & Grooms, Mothers-to-Be, Hi-profile famous.... you name it!!!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Helping plan and execute a Japanese themed 50th Birthday party. The guests were greeted with Kimonos and Sake. There was a Sushi Chef serving delicious Sushi and a full bar with Japanese Whiskeys, Sake and other specialty drinks we designed. There were performers for the guests and everyone had an amazing time (including myself)!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure the person you hire is reliable, communicates easily and is open to your ideas and really knows their drinks! Also has a great upbeat friendly attitude, that will make all the difference!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

It helps if they have their event really thought out. What kind of theme, how many guests, if they will have signature cocktails, what they want to serve etc.
