What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Fill out inquiry form, sign contract, pay $250 deposit fee (details will be discussed via contract), be in communication during the duration up until day of event, possible on location meet so I can get a feel of where the bar will be set up, where to unload/park, etc.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started when I was 19 working at a restaurant and trained behind the bar when I was 21. I fell in love with the industry and have been involved ever since. I have worked in all atmospheres: clubs, concerts, Mom and Pop bars, Corporate, dive/sports bars, and for catering companies. I decided after several years of doing this kind of work that it was time to work for myself.

What types of customers have you worked with?

You name it, I've worked with them. I am very good at reading people and situations and able to adapt my personality to communicate and understand that person. I always keep it professional and maintain a positive attitude.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I also direct stage plays on the side so any and all of them I am fond of. I take pride in my work and only will put out the best, especially if my name is on the line.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Hire someone who is on the same page as you, who asks you detailed questions, and who communicates regularly. Most importantly someone who treats your event as important as you do by taking special care in assuring all needs are met.
