Be sure to check out my quick two min explainer video that covers everything you might want to know! Just follow the link to my website above. Thanks!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
I like to hop on the phone to discuss any details and answer any questions straight away and have a nice introduction! • Discuss what will be served, what supplies are needed (ice, cups, bar etc) • Take that information and create a budget sheet with everything itemized out. • One that is confirmed, I will offer to do the ordering if the client needs. Biggest key? Stay in very great communication throughout the entire process so we make sure everthing goes exactly to plan!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I have been bartending at some of the most upscale cocktail bars that New York has to offer - before moving to LA of course! I was lucky enough to be a part of some of the best bar and management teams executing regular service and private events with the utmost care and precision. Always ensuring the guests had a spectacular time.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I first started working at the Standard Hotel in NYC as a barback while I was in between tours, playing drums for various artists. This led to bartending at the W Hotel, The Jimmy at the James and the Dream Hotel within my time in New York.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
Everything from large formal events in Santa Barbara, to small backyard parties, birthday parties in the Hollywood Hills, corporate events, and weddings.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
When I first moved to LA (in August) I worked a party for my friend which ended up re-sparking my love of hospitality and bartending! I created a few delicious custom cocktails, created the budget list, ordered supplies, and executed the party perfectly! It was so fun taking my years of fast pace cocktail bartending and putting it in a fun and energetic backyard setting.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Make sure they have excellent communication and transparency as these factors will be indicative of how it will be working with them throughout the process as well as on the day of the event. You're spending some money here for a really, super special occasion. It is always worth going with your gut and hiring the best possible person you can find. :)

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
• What is the budget they have in mind • Would they like anything special on the menu if there is a menu at all? • Don't think too hard, I can help and walk you through any questions you may have!
