The Cocktail Crew (Southern California)

Our standard rate is $85/hour for the first bartender, $75/hour for additional bartenders, and $60/hour for server/barbacks. We’re happy to advise how many bartenders you'll need based on your guest count and drink menu. We supply the service only, meaning that all alcohol, mixers, garnishes, ice, cups, straws, etc, would need to be provided by you or the venue. We keep it flexible with a low 3-hour minimum (most companies require 5+), so you get premium service without overpaying. Holiday rates and travel fees may apply depending on the time and location of your event — we’ll always be transparent about those upfront.

Step one: we get to know you and your vision. Whether you're throwing a laid-back backyard bash or an upscale wedding reception, we tailor everything to your vibe. Once we have the date, time, guest count, and general theme, we’ll send over a detailed proposal. After you book, we’ll handle the logistics — from arrival times to bar layout — and your bartender(s) will arrive on time, ready to impress and keep the drinks flowing.

All of our bartenders are certified and fully compliant with local and state alcohol service regulations. But we go beyond the basics — our Crew is trained in mixology, guest engagement, and premium hospitality. We’re not just pouring drinks — we’re elevating your party experience with showmanship, smiles, and great service.

We staffed two bartenders for a wild Friday night pregame that kicked off a full weekend of bachelorette festivities. We helped set the tone with custom cocktails named after the bride, tons of interaction with the guests, and Instagram-worthy drink presentations.
