What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I first introduce myself and ask what they are looking for the date that and type of event. I will try to give a brief description of the services we offer and gicr a estimate of cost. I always try to help with suggestions and in put through out the planning of the event. I will work with other professionals hired for event such as caterer, d.j. photographer ect

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Bar and restaurant mangment skills. Licened Education on Drugs and Alcohol, RBS Certified, ABC licenced , Food Handler Card , event planning and decor classes.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I was a classroom helper at my my daughters elementary school and started by volunteering to help with the end of the year carnival. Well I was hooked. I started helping people with parties and it grew from there. Before I new it I was planning galas and fundraiser all over the bayarea.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with so many different amazing people and organizations. From nonprofit, weddings, fundraisers, rock concerts, tea parties, engagement parties, birthday parties, funerals, Christmas luncheon, drag shows, car shows, standford class reunions, sports events, Forty nine and Raiders games. college ball I've worked at hidden castle, fashion shows corporate mixers. I have meet all sorts of unique individuals.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I just finished working on a fundraiser tea party for my mother's group, it was an amazing experience. I spent several weeks designing a table my theme was the mad hatter from Alice in wonderland. it turned out amazing. I had a full table that i sold tickets for each seat. We also had a silent auction. It raise a lot of money for a great cause. Everybody work together and it was a lot of fun.
