What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We likely have the most economical pricing in our geographical area. Our business model revolves around paying close attention to market conditions. We sharpen our pencil for each individual special event. Most of our clients are very pleased with our reasonable pricing. We ask for your feedback if anything looks significantly above any of the other professionals here. With 15 years of history in the industry, our team keeps a close eye on making sure we are the top of the list for competitive pricing.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We usually contact them via phone so no detail is missed or misunderstood. We are very detail oriented to make sure every event is seamless. Subsequently, your important day will be what you envision.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All of our bartenders are certified through formal bartending training. Additionally, they are State certified in Responsible Beverage Service.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Our company has been bartending private events for almost two decades. We started off catering in major venues for concerts. We learned a tremendous amount by listening to our customers.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with elderly couples throwing a 50th wedding anniversary. We also work with Live Nation to staff concerts, parades, and festivals. We are very experience at handling last minute staffing. Meaning the day of! Yes we are very well equipped to fill in when others are not able to fulfill their commitments. We are fond of all of our projects. Every event is different and unique, that’s what we enjoy!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Providers should have quick response times, excellent communication skills, and be available seven days a week. Your special day, your special event should be as important to the company you hire as it is to you. Find a company with a long legacy of service. Then ask questions about your particular event and see if they steer you in the right direction. If your questions are answered logically, you have usually chosen the right company.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

You are hosting a special event. The day of the event is oftentimes challenging for hosts. If you hire a bartender or a server, is the bartender or server going to be helpful in other areas of your event. In other words, is the staff you hired serving you at all times. We train the bartenders and the servers to literally be of service! The bartenders and servers you book will do as much as possible to keep your event running smoothly. For example, you are the host of a 25 person event. When everyone is seated and eating, the bartender is likely not busy. It would make sense if the bartender observes a full trash container, they should empty it and replace the bag. If your guest’s cocktails are empty, the bartender can serve your guests at their table while they dine. Whatever the preference, we train all of the bartenders and servers you book to “be of service”. The question we would ask other professionals is, “Is the bartender merely going to stand behind the bar all evening, or are they willing and able to take care of us when they are not busy at the bar?” It’s very important the staff you hire is well rounded problem solvers.
