What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Good Times Bartending is has two packages named VIP package and essential package. These packages pricing are based on number of guest and hours of serviced. I am flexible to work with a client if needed to tailor a package that suits their needs.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

My number one goal is to try and get on the phone, this will allow me to build trust and relationship with a client before anything. Following the initial ice breaker, I will listen to the client state what they are looking for in their event. Good Times will provide a solution and price quote. Once terms are agreed , invoice will be sent out via email recaping our phone call. 50% deposits are required.

Certified bartenders RBS certified TIP certified

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I've been in hospitality business since I was 15 years old. My family raised us to work from a young age, we were always raised to show respect and treat others the way we want to be treated. Customer service is my top priority when i'm working with any level of client. My goal is to provide premium mobile bartending service that will leave an everlasting impression to their guests.

I am fond of every event that has Good Times Bartending's name on it. We take great pride in our work and every single event matters to us.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Due your due diligence, there's plenty of bartenders. Are you looking for quality premium cocktails and service? Are you looking for anyone to just put some drinks? Cheaper doesn't always mean better.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Quality or Quantity ? Hours of bar service? Do I want everything provided, so I can actually enjoy myself without stressing? Do you have any reviews? Do you have an instagram or google page I can see testimonials?
