What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My pricing is very reasonable. No hidden fees. Only additional charge is when customers requests glassware and if a bar is needed. A 10% discount is given when a customer request and hires our company. Also, 10% discount on repeat customers.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Upon contact finding out the customer needs and questions. Laying out a plan for the customer. Finalize the event upon being hired . A contract of agreement is emailed to clients before any event.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Services . I also have a Bartender Certified, and I have been TIP trained. I am TIP certified.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

When my Corporation I was working for folded. I decided to go back school, being that I am a college graduate, this time Bartending school a different field and that was in 2006. Been going every since.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with Professionals, Entertainer, Professional Athletes, Politicians, Working families, College students, Various Ethnic groups and organizations. I have worked with Rude people also. I enjoy People and for the most part people enjoy me.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Assisting a client with his Fundraiser by getting all his alchohol beverages order, invoice, purchase and delivery.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look at provider's reviews, experience in the field.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

How many guest and time frame of events. What type of service , equipment and expertise they want from their Bartender.
