Working in the bar and restaurant industry for nearly 20 years, I’ve bartended at many different levels from high volume to intimate settings, but my passion lies in the craft cocktail scene. Replicating the detailed product found at most craft cocktail bars without the wide array of ingredients and tools can be challenging in private settings. However, with coordinated collaboration ahead of the event, I’ve found batching specialty cocktails (often with your creative input), it can be done! This collaboration can also be done with your guests as I offer cocktail making classes as well. Let’s work together to make your next small to medium sized event all that and more!
