After hitting the age when weddings become compulsory every summer, we realized something. Why is it so hard to find a great wedding bartender? After the cocktail renaissance of the late 20th century brides, grooms, and wedding guests everywhere are ready to have some truly wonderful cocktail experiences as part of the celebration. But this hasn't always been easy as many of the bartenders equipped with the kinds of skills it takes to pull off high end cocktails are often not available on the weekends or nights in general because they are busy working at whatever cocktail bar they call home full time. We decided to change this, every bartender on our staff has worked at some of the most storied cocktail bars in Denver and many continue to work at various well known bars around the metro area. We have a collective 20+ years of experience in high volume craft cocktail bars and are all TIPS certified. Hello, my name is Nicole. I am TIPS certified, and I have my bartending certification. I am also insured. I have experience in working multiple types of bartending environments, and I have knowledge in different aspects of the business. I'm very flexible, and everything is negotiable so that both parties are content. I ask that we meet prior to doing business so we can make sure that we will be a good fit. Communication and doing good business is something I value. My relationships with my clients are what make me love doing my job even more.

We are a food truck and a taco stand for fairs and special events. We have been in the market since 2012. Every year, we serve Cinco de Mayo, Taco Fest, Riot Fest, A Taste of Colorado. Our menu includes tacos, rice ,beans quesadillas, quesabirrias , aguas frescas.
