I begin with a consultation to make sure I and my staff are the right fit for you. From there, we discuss the event and specifics and lastly we discuss budget.

I started working in the service industry at 17 years old and I have never looked back.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with many different customers and many different venues. Every event is unique and that is what I love most about this work.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I love to create signature cocktail/mocktail menus. These projects elevate every event and are always well received by guests.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Begin by looking at what you need for your event. If it's beer and wine serving, plus light clean-up, hire waitstaff. If you need someone to come up with cocktails and flavor profiles, hire a bartender. Ask lots of questions and make whoever you hire will fit in with your guests!

Ask about experience - what kind of background or work experience that this individual have? Are they equipped to work your event? What is included -What will the individual bring to the event or what is included in the package that the individual has? What will you need to buy or bring on your end? Most important, ask if this is something that the individual wants to do. Is this event something that the individual has experience working with or something they would like to do? Does the individual show passion for your event? Would they be a good fit?
