Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
My pricing is a per person fee and ranges between each package. I am also willing to compete with others prices if you provide the quotes you've received I can try my best to beat them.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
With new customers I like to ensure that I understand their wants and needs. I typically schedule a phone call to establish a proper relationship with them. This ensures that they feel comfortable with me as well as establishing a proper relationship. I also find that it is easier for them to communicate what they expect for their event. Once I have a solid understanding of what they want I will put together a quote for them.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I have a bachelors of science in Business from Eastern Connecticut State University. I am also licensed in bartending from the Norwich school of Bartending. I have 10 years of experience as a bartender from dive bars to fine dinning, making me a highly skilled and versatile bartender. I also grew up in a family owned event production company meaning events are my second nature.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
Growing up in event production it has always been in my blood to be in the hospitality industry. My parents own a highly successful company and I am now following in their footsteps. I also became tired of working for and helping others build their companies so I decided to start my own.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I have worked with all kinds of clientele from high end weddings to backyard birthday parties. One of my biggest strengths is my versatility!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
In October I set up a booth serving margaritas for New Haven’s night time extravaganza! I made 578 margaritas in total. It was a very fun experience and I got to meet really cool people.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
