What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I try to keep it as simple as possible. One price for beer and wine, another for beer, wine and mixed drinks. Then of course it depends on the event.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Introduce myself, ask what, when and where their function will take place. Go over what their likes, dislikes, do's and don'ts, their budget to start.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I worked as a caterer with my sister, I have bartender at her functions and worked at several restaurants as a server and a bartender.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My sister owned her own restaurant. She catered private functions as well as bartended. She hired me to work with her. I enjoyed bartending, working the private functions with her and interacting with people.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Weddings, showers, graduation and birthday parties, company holiday or other functions, and fundraisers.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I bartended at a fundraiser to raise money for young adults in the fine arts. I donated my pay to the cause. I'm very big on fundraising, especially for the Alzheimer's Associate since it touches my heart dearly.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look for someone who is punctual, responsible, flexible with a great personality. Your party will be successful.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

I am very professional, punctual with a great personality. I'm willing to work with my clients to ensure their function is perfect.
