Hello from PulleySystems Events and Service, we are a family owned business that can offer all needed services including Event Coordinating, Event Decorating, Wait staff, Bartending, Hair/Makeup, and Wedding Cake Creating. We are a one stop shop that is efficient, hardworking and will make your event amazing! Our core team consists of my husband, Hugh and I, Marissa. We have been making weddings and different events spectacular since we moved here from the Midwest about 6 years ago. We have over 15 years of bartending and service experience. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

0 to 50 guests, 1 bartender- $100 per hr 50 to 100 guests, 2 bartenders- $150 per hr 101 to 200 guests, 3 bartenders- $200 per hr We provide: Setup/cleanup of bar area All garnishes Bar Cups Beverage napkins Stirrers Cocktail sticks Signature Drink Sign Shopping List to take the guess work out And any additional assistance needed. We carry Liquor Liability Insurance. Ice can be provided for an additional fee 50 guests $40 100 guests $60 150 guests $80

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

-We confirm the job receive all the logistics of the event: including desired signature drinks -we receive email, address, and full name of client -contract, signature drink shopping list, and invoice is sent over through email - client looks over contract and sends back signed. - we are here to help with anything before event DAY OF EVENT -confirmation text sent from PSBS -we will arrive on time, set up bar area - create amazing drinks -entertain your guests with good conversation -cleanup after event like we were never there

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been a bartender on and off for the last 12 yrs, we have been working events for the past 4 years.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

When we moved from the Midwest, we started as Brand Ambassadors for different sample tastings at different locations. We really liked it so we started with an Event and Catering company, setting up events, serving for events, bartending for events. We decided to branch out and start something ourselves, and we have been blessed thus far.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Exact length of time needed including setup time (atleast 45mins) what alcohol will be served at the event so we can create a special signature drink for your event.
